While reading the thread about non-essential items in a women’s purse, it made me think about all the silly / cute / whatever things I’ve had on my keyrings (or seen on others) over the years. Like right now I have a “Good for one hug” token and a tribute to Alice Cooper. So what do you have on there besides your keys?
I have a key fob I got at the Home Run Derby in 2000. It’s for the All-Star Game, which I didn’t get tickets to, but it’s close enough. That’s it.
I have a whistle. My mom was worried about me walking alone at night when I was in college, so she got me a whistle on a key chain. I never needed it in college, but it came in handy during recess duty when I was working with second graders.
On one side of my keys is a Fenix E01 flashlight. On the other side is a threaded cotter pin from my first boat.
Four keys and a tag with my home telephone number. Nothing else.
Border’s discount tag, Wegman’s discount tag, and a copper scarab beatle that I bought from the Luxor in Vegas.
Swipe tags for my gym, the library, and Blockbuster.

Three keys (house key and both car keys) and the automatic door opening fob. I heard a while ago that too heavy a keychain will eventually wreck your ignition in your car, so I stay minimal with that.
Besides 2 keys and my car remote, just a Classic SD Swiss Army Knife.
An 8GB USB stick, and an Indiana Jones disc I got free when I bought the DVD set.
And keys, of course.
