How many Electoral votes does each candidate "have" from non-battleground states?

For the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election, which States are not being disputed?
For GQ purposes and to avoid getting into IMHO or GD territory, should we define this as “Neither McCain nor Obama will expend campaign capital on the State in question as both know beyond reasonable doubt who will win the State”?

Which States does the McCain Campaign assume will go to Obama?
Which States does the Obama Campaign assume will go to McCain?

Right now, from the States that are NOT considered Battleground States, how many Electoral College votes does each candidate “have”?

Any states other than Nevada, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio, New Hampshire, and Virginia aren’t in serious contention right now. However, many other states could go that way too, depending on how things trend.

Slate currently has 161 EV’s listed as “safe dem” for Obama, and 99 EV’s listed as “safe rep” for Mccain.

I find http://www.electoral-vote.com/ useful, especially the second graph on this page.

Thanks for the link, that site is very helpful.

http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/ is very helpful as well.

CNN has it 233 to 189 for the Blueteam.

Personally, I find the colors on CNN’s Electoral College Map easier to read.
