Usually at least one call a day from my mom. Text on a regular basis with my closest friend in town - usually, a few texts a day. I use my cell phone for work, too, so half of l the calls I receive are from co-workers. Otherwise, not a big phone person.
I’ve always hated the phone. Not that much bigger a fan of constant texting either. If I’m communicating in any way that’s not face-to-face, it’s because I’m making
PLANS to meet face to face. I’m really terrible this way, because I have no problem not keeping in touch with folk far away, and then when we do visit or get together, picking right up where we left off, with the added benefit of lots to catch up on. I personally don’t think it’s weird to not keep in constant contact with people I can’t hug. Fortunately, they don’t let on that THEY think it’s weird when I drop in and bear-hug them out of nowhere. 
I only make maybe one or two calls a week and get the same amount. I send and receive a lot of texts though.
I call my mom maybe once a week or so. Less than once a day on average, anyway.
She’s about the only non-SO personal calls I make.
I work on the phone so I try to never make a non work related phone call. This means I’ll call my mom once a week. I make other phone calls because I have to, usually I can keep these to one or two a month.
At work I get less personal calls in a year than one of my coworkers gets/makes in a day. My SO would only ever text me during work hours.
Seriously I never call anyone.

My son calls me for one thing or another maybe once a week, and once in a blue moon my brother or sister will call (we generally communicate via email).
I had two friends call me Wednesday. Plus a robocall from the library telling me a book I reserved was in. My phone almost exploded. Other than talking to my husband, I can go a week without a call. I had my texting function disabled last week because of all the spam I am getting, and I have sent about two texts in my life.
Haha, just checked my usage on the phone company website. I’ve averaged about 26 minutes a month over the past two years. I’m not even all that close to the (soft) data limit. I’m not sure whether this makes me a good customer or not. I’ll not mention how many texts I send. :eek:
Occasionally my daughter will call to check in with me when she’s out. More often than not she’ll text. Other than that I get a weekly call from my best friend and maybe once or twice a month from my brother. Everyone else contacts me through FB.
