How much can I blame on hormones?

Some days I just feel like biting people’s heads off, though there seems no plausible reason. I get plenty of sleep and have no reason to be cranky so often. Can I really blame a lot of this on hormones? Or am I trying to come up with a reason to excuse my stupid behavior?

Do these “some days” follow a pattern that you could correlate to hormonal fluctuations?

Or, is it just Mondays? Because that’s normal.

Following in the footsteps set up by The Great Unwashed, I’ll just come out and ask … are you male or female?

Hormones (in particular, estrogen and testosterone) can affect aggression, so you do have a little fallback. But don’t be one of those assholes who just throws their hands up and says, “Don’t blame me! It’s all hormones!”

Blame as much as you can on hormones.
Cyn, who is currently very hormonal…got Midol?

Acting like an asshole is not in the agenda, but believe me, I’ll try and get away with what I can, as I’ve always done

<grins sheepishly>

Mondays are a definite crank day, but so is everyone else and no one notices. However, no certain “schedule” for sulleness, etc. Maybe I’m just genetically messed up (aren’t we all).

Oh yeah, and i’m from the great and mighty Amazon woman tribe–okay, so not really, but it sounds cooler than just saying I’m a male with fe in front.
