We went up to Lake Tahoe for the weekend, I bought a new dress, hotel rooms for us and the ‘step children’, the chapel fees, etc…around 500 dollars. And I still have the husband; it’ll be a year next month.
Oh crap! It’s even more than I thought! I forgot about the photographer for 1,500.
Good lord, we had a luau at a friggin bowling alley! How did it get to be that much?!
Wow, this is a great thread, both for wedding expense rundowns as well as ideas. I’m planning my Big Fab Gay Wedding® (gotta love Canada) and we’ve pretty much set a date. That, with the guest list, and some rudimentary arithmetic, and we’ll know about how much money we have to work with and what we can afford.
Not having any booze is going to save a lot of money.
