Now go scrape out the inside of a fig newton, weigh it, and do the math.
Just eat dried figs, they are good.
640 mg potassium per 100 g of dried figs.
A fig newton is 18.2 grams, most of it fig so a guesstimation of 100 mg per newton is a good guess.
