Well, I know that building a maxi-pipe has been known to take hundreds of years and thousands of slaves, so I would make a calculated guess that a mini- pipe might only take dozens of years and hundreds of slaves.

I built an 8’ long, 4’ wide, 4’ high launch ramp. Took $200 in material (and 3 weekends). And you’re talking about a considerably larger project.
