But by the same token, wouldn’t he be bleeding and severely hampered in his movements after falling onto a shelf of bottles? Plus, it looked to me (only viewed it once; correct me if I’m wrong) that they showed the same fall twice, just for emphasis.
The sound on the video is fake… It’s been added later.
First off… How many security cameras have you seen that have sound? Let alone the good pickups that these seem to have.
The “glass breaking” sound starts before anything hits any bottles. (May just be an a sound -sync issue.)
The sound of the insulation dropping is one thing. It’s too solid. That stuff is somewhat soft… And it’s pretty much the same sound every time a piece falls… No matter what angle it lands on.
The noise from the alarm never changes, even during cuts. And even with this loud-ass alarm going off, you can still hear every little footstep he makes… When the angle changes, the alarm is suddenly much quieter… Yet when you saw the store from the front counter, it’s not that big. Certainly not big enough that changing to a different angle would make that much of a difference.
I’m 90% sure the video itself is real. The sound I’m 99% sure is not.
Forgot some stuff.
It is at night… The first scene shows that. He climbs up the side of the building. The bright light behind him is the light in front of the store… Which would be right outside the front door… Which leads me to my next point.
The light outside the front door is just a bright light… The shadows don’t seem to all be parallel, which to me says the light source is close. (this may again just be the video) I’m betting it’s the same light that’s in the background of the first scene… Probably a corner lot… Prime liquor store territory.
That and his sneekers must have soles made from wood.

Don’t know if it’s fake or real, but I roflmao’d. You gotta pity the guy…
Look at the back of his knees as he prones out. I will swear I see blood on both legs.
His diaper shorts as he’s walking cracks me up.
The bottles falling down on his face? Awesome. Maybe snopes.com will figure out if it is real. I can’t imagine the cameras following him, unless they were somehow broadcast to the owners house or somesuch.
I do wish all criminals were that stupid/funny/incompetent.
