I’m fifteen years, one month, and twenty nine days old.
Too young to have known the “summer of love”. I was technically issued a draft card for 'Nam, but by that time it was winding down and out. At the same time, too old to have had to worry about any follow-up military action.
Old enough to have lived through some of the real social issues of the sixties. Segregation was a real thing (still is, in some ways) - the power of “that’s just the way it is” should never be underestimated.
I was pretty young during the Watts riots, but I remember my parents being very worried about the whole thing. Middle-aged, sort of, during the more recent L.A. riots; very strange times.
Lived through the information revolution. There was a time when computers were geeky beyond words, and being a geek was a real social crime. When there was only one telephone in the house. When there were no remote controls.

Physically Im 33 years old, but mentally around 12 
This reminds me of the time I showed my grandmother, who was around 93 at the time, a picture of her three kids…my dad & my two uncles, taken at my wedding. She looked at the picture and said “I can’t believe it…are those 3 OLD MEN my SONS?” Hate to say it, but she was right…they DID look old!

I still don’t get how both our 22nd birthdays are only a month apart and we were born in two different years.
