How old are you?

45 and counting

51 going on 12.

Just turned 29.

64 here

67 this April. Retired two years.

Makes those “no avatars evar!!!” and “Like button?! Hell, no!” threads make a bit more sense, huh?

I am 1 day under 8 calendar months from aging out of the 35-39 range.

Get off my lawn! I was born in 1958. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m 37, I’m not old. (I’ve been waiting since high school to be able to say that.)

I’m a little surprised at where the peak of the curve is.

44 in April. (43 now, to be precise.)

47… and still get my head wrapped around having turned 43.

But the most freak-out age for me was turning 30… which seems like yesterday.

I’m 28 and still a loser.

Just turned 47 today.

I’m 50.

But I figure I’m about 40 on the outside and 30 on the inside. Give or take.

I am older than I once was and younger than I’ll be, that’s not unusual.

Early 30s. I feel older though.

I did that! On my 33 and a third birthday, I went out and bought George Harrison’s “Thirty Three and a Third” album (on vinyl) and brought it home and played it in my own honor.

Also very surprised to see someone claiming 90+.

See, I always hear this but for me 31 was much worse than 30. When I turned 30, I still felt like I was at the end of my twenties. I still felt young. When I turned 31, it was like, ok, dude, you are in your thirties now. Straight up.

Look at it from the standpoint of most standard questionnaires: when filling out your age bracket, you have the choice to select (25-29), (26-30) or (31-35). When you are 30, you are still in the bracket with the “late 20’s” crowd. Once you hit 31, it’s nothing but thirtysomethings in your group. That’s depressing.

ok not really but it sounds good

  1. Among the oldest. I doubt the 90 year old.

Wow…when most forums are filled with college students, Dope is filled with 40-50 year old people. BTW, I suspected that, since all the music Cafe Society threads are filled with tons of obscure classic rock love.
