It was a nicer outfit than just a t-shirt. We were invited to their class for Thanksgiving brunch. A couple of the kids (mostly the girls) dressed up a bit, although most (like mine) were just their typical grungy self. Think a not particularly low cut v-neck with breasts behind it. This girl was about 5 feet 4-6 inches tall and probably in the 120-135 pound range (my best guess). By comparison most kids in that class are about 4 feet 5 to 10 inches tall and well under 100 pounds at that age.
I think that a single pixilated, slanted, out of focus picture really can’t allow us to make accurate assumptions about that the age of the person in the picture, let alone widespread assumptions about the budding pubescence of the population at large.
Fine don’t put on the street. Send her to military school.

There’s a thing going on these days that I usually notice at the mall where everyone is attempting to appear between the ages of 18-21. Younger girls, older women, it’s getting hard to really tell anymore from a glance which is the mom and which is the daughter.
Without reading the spoiler boxes, I’d guess 14 or so.
I woudl have guessed somewhere between 13-15. The style of pic, her hairstyle, etc. all scream “Myspace teenager trying to look sexy and grown-up”.
Actually, research has been done that has found that the frontal lobe of the brain (which governs high-level functions like a person’s good judgment) does not fully mature until the age of 25.
Teenagers’ underdeveloped brains just didn’t MATTER as much in earlier eras, since the only point of human existence back then was to live long enough to pop out babies. Nowadays, life is more complicated. We also live in less cohesive, more permissive communities, which makes it easier for youngsters with poor judgment to get themselves into trouble than back when everyone in town knew what you were up to and there were rigid social mores to obey.

Haven’t read the other posts. It’s a little hard to tell with the quality of the picture, but I’d guess 13 or 14 years old.
After posting, I went back and read the spoiler boxes. I’m not surprised to read by her age.
Are people saying how old they think she is, or how old she looks? Because of the nature of the OP, I had a feeling she was only going to be very young, but I still felt she looked old enough to be a late teenager.

Wow, could you have linked to a crappier picture? Some of the lighting around her eyes makes me want to say 17, and something about the line of her cheeks makes me want to say late 20s. It’s really hard to tell, though.

During the summer we stopped at a restaurant near Quincy, CA. Sitting at the table facing me was a woman and what I assume was her daughter. She was without a doubt one of the most attractive young ladies I’ve ever seen. Every time I looked at her she was a different age, never did pin it down. My estimate for her was somewhere between 13 and 26, and I’m not kidding.
I’m guessing 15. Now to read the thread and see how far off I am.
That was my guess too. I had thought it looked like a younger kid who was trying to look like she was sixteen, but was till too young to figure out how to make a pouty face not look goofy.
