Fuzzy picture of a giant face in 3/4 view with nothing around it.
The pose is kind of young-ish. But a lot of the other indicators of age are not visible in that shot.
She looks like Myleene Klass who is 30.
Edit: I’ve always thought American kids look older than their counterparts in other countries. for example a 12 year old can easilly look 16.
What I find bizarre is that this young girl has gone missing, and her parent(s) can’t provide a photo better than a cameraphone self-portrait. There a plenty of photos of me and my sisters when were were that age. I mean, even poor families tend to take pictures of their kids. Not even a school portrait?
I suppose one possibility is that in existing family photos or school portraits she presents a more age-appropriate appearance (less/no makeup, etc), but the self-portrait was provided because it shows the appearance she’s more likely to be presenting now that she’s away from her parents.
