Based primarily on comparison to everyday objects. I had a college roomie who was seven foot, and this gentlemen seems to be about the same in terms of how they compare to other mundane objects. The pictured man is also probably well over 300 lbs.
My partner is 6’10", but much much thinner. This guy looks about the same, but the weight difference makes it hard to tell.
