In that case I’ve never happened to post a link someone else has posted before, because I’ve never had a problem.

Nope, still works with no problem on my phone even with previously posted URLs.

Yep, it worked. I picked a video already posted in a different thread (in this post) here and simply cut/pasted it into the post without triggering the error message. (See this thread for the reason.) [Youtube link test] So on my phone, pasting in Youtube URLs does not need any tricks, even if the video has been posted before.
