2005 Jeep Liberty
The plastic clip that holds the window to the cable broke. It’s a well known problem that I have fixed before on a different window so that’s not the problem. The problem is that somehow the cable has been extended out all of the way and will not go back onto the reel. I tried to push it back while pressing “down” on the window switch but no go. What is the fix for this?
Can you disassemble the reel, or at least remove a cover to guide the wire a little?
Bumping to see if anyone else has any ideas.
