Ah, good point. I was going on the assumption that our friendly OP would walk into the comic store and ask for it by name, rather than browsing the shelves.
As others have noted, this isn’t the best approach. OYL is meant to create jumping-on points, and the idea is that, in some fashion, the Superman stories of One Year Later will start on a self-contained basis, making it easy for a new reader to understand what’s up. Inf-Crisis, OTOH, is exactly the opposite – it’s a huge crossover that is utterly dependant (I’m told) on the reader understanding what happened in comics published decades ago.
All-Star Superman isn’t “in continuity” with the rest of the DCU; it’s its own beast, and there are some ways in which it is very different than the millieu presented in Superman comics over the last several years. (E.g., Clark and Lois aren’t married.)
