How to set up recurring emails in Outlook 2016

I need to send set up an email that gets sent on the first of every month. I apparently have Outlook 2016. (Microsoft doesn’t want people to know what version they’re using, so they hide that information instead of having ‘About Outlook’ or whatever.) I googled for instructions, and they say ‘Open the Tasks folder’. Don’t have one. I googled ‘where is the actions menu on outlook 2016’ and get pictures of screens with tabs that don’t exist on this version.

So how do I create a recurring outgoing email?

Right now, I’m going to say never mind. I’m taking tomorrow off, but I’ll try these instructions next week.
