Inspired by the zombie thread about a bottle of wine a night, if (ahem) I chug 3 bottles of this a night, alcohol by volume 4.0% 2.25 UK units - so that’s 6.75 units a sesh, a bit above the 3-4 recommended as a max by the government what can I expect the health effects to be of swigging the sweet stuff?
In my own experience, chugging back 4L of 7% cider in an evening will do a few things:
Adds approximately 1200-2000 empty calories to your diet, which manifest quickly as body fat.
Burns new holes in your teeth and reminds you where the old ones are.
Gives you a wicked hangover the next day if you don’t drink enough water with it.
Turns your bowel movements into an unpredictable semi-liquid spray.
I have no data on long term effects but if I come down with some horrible case of ass rot I will post about it here.
