As an Atheist who has only been to church perhaps 5 times in his life outside of funerals and weddings, the rituals are one of the few things faith has going for it. It ties the present to the past.
Of the two denominations I’ve witnessed I’d much rather have the Polish Catholic service in Latin than the modern Buddy Christ Free Presbyterian Variety Hour.
