Ideally, I would like to tie behavioral economics into my dissertation… but I don’t know if this is possible. My work focuses on tying learning & development initiatives to business outcome (e.g. ROI, engagement, etc.). The evaluations are generally given at the end of the training and then are followed up a couple months later with the trainee and their manager. The evaluations follow Kirkpatrick’s methodology.
