At last count I speak English, Strine and Bogan fluently and can translate idiot and moron with about 90% accuracy (conspiracy theorists and creationists are only at about 40%).

Beer or something. I heard on NPR the other day that Australia now has the highest per-capita rate of recreational-drug use in the world. Most of the trade is done by biker gangs, who are practically the only criminals in Australia who stockpile firearms and are not afraid to use them. Their turf-battles have killed so many that the government is now considering anti-gang legislation, forbidding the wearing of gang colors, etc.
