Y’know, it’s people like you who keep down-and-out actors from taking the Heddy Lamar route of petty theft.
“There she is officer! I’d recognize her anywhere – Arlene Golonka!”

Gundy, I met you last weekend, or I’d swear you’re my sister, because those are my mom’s favorite actors too.
gahh. Yeah, I’ve seen way more Hunter (and the list of other 80’s TV) than is probably healthy.
Well, since Blake’s lawyer isn’t good enough to get him released from prison, I doubt if he’ll be able to get him the necessary work/release permit to be able to do the movie. Of course, they could always do one about Beretta in prison!
Did anyone else think they were talking about the William Pierce novel at first?
What about The Fall Guy?!
Sheer brilliance!!
Still waiting for that Mannix movie…
Fred Dryer is still alive?
I’m not one to kiss and tell but I’ve been seen with Farrah…
Ah . . . Arlene Golonka! The Barbara Sharma of her generation.
Yep. And what’s even more frightening is that he appears not to have aged at all in the last 10 years or so.
Of course he hasn’t aged. He already looked 50 when he was 30. He hasn’t even caught up, age-wise, with the way he looked when “Hunter” was on TV.
This sounds like my dad’s cup of tea, so i know it will be a massive pile of suck.
And I never did see the L. A. Law reunion movie, nor an episode of AfterMAS*H
Doesn’t anyone do mind candy anymore?
Up untill a few shotr days ago, all you kids spent you time WAITING to post smart stuff to the SDMB. he he he
Us old folks know how to kick back and let the world flow. (free straight line here <---- )
I loved to watch DeeDee McCall hate Hunter. It’s all in the eyes when the focus was on Hunter with her in the background. What a blast…
Magnum!!! Bring back Magnum…ohhhhhh the chest hair, the floral shirts, the teeny shorts, the fast red car, the friend-with helicopter-available-for-personal-use, the stunning moustache, the caring sensitive side. Bring back Magnum I say.
Oh and B.J and the bear (as a lil girl in NZ how I longed to “roll down to Dallas with my wheels as my palace”, and a cheeky and ever-so cute-chimp as my only companion…yeah yeah he had all that blonde big titted companionship too…they just ain’t my cup of tea) and why oh why has Mork and Mindy never been rerun (well not here it hasn’t been!) Nano Nano be free little Shazbuts!!!. AHHHHH the 80’s such class and panache…
wandering off singing “Fame, I wanna live forever”
Wow. If that’s a calm kiwi I’d hate to see an agitated one.
Just never ever ever start a …“U2 , danm Bono is the sexiest man alive” thread and ya safe then.
or damn even…sheeeeesh drool plays havoc with keyboards don’t it!
I read in Entertainment Weekly (I think) that Fred Dryer is very popular in China for some reason. The world just gets stranger and stranger.
But new Hunter TV movies? So we can rehash a violent, sexist, misogynistic, simplistic, neanderthal TV cop show from the 80s and call it nostalgia? Damn, that show made my skin crawl, even more so when I saw some reruns on TBS a while back.
How long until the Airwolf reunion movie? The principal cast is still alive and could use the work. If you can sober Jan-Michael Vincent up long enough to do a line reading.
What’s wrong with it? All I know is what I read in the plot blurb on IMDB. I’m always curious to hear about new shows I might hate :).
An Airwolf movie would be cool though.
Which just proves my theory that David Hasselh…huh? Nevermind.
