I got the audiobook version of Stephen Colbert’s I Am America (And So Can You!) from Audible the other day (had a credit and couldn’t come up with anything I wanted). I agree with other reviews I’ve seen that it’s like listening (or presumably reading) to 3+ hours of the Word segment of the Colbert Report without the funny text. It has its moments (the bit about your Soul Mate is hilarious) but overall I’d borrow a copy from a friend or check it out from the library or something. I was hoping for something more along the lines of his speech at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner and got, as I said, more like two weeks worth of the Colbert Report.
