I am building my Body-for-Life... day 3

Well, I never posted on days one and two, but this program is going quite well. I’m trying to lose 17 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle over the next 12 weeks.

Now a question for those of you who have done this program, or have drank protein shakes in the past (warning, TMI): The protein shakes I’m drinking are causing really bad gas. Is there any way to stop this from happening?
