I am debating a theist who hosts a forum called "Logical Faith"

So I have stumbled upon a Facebook page … His tagline is “Faith takes a step beyond reason but only in the direction that reason and evidence have pointed.”

Some examples:

Regarding scientists

Rather than letting the evidence speak for itself, and arriving at ideas which are the …best explanation in light of that evidence, they are committed to concocting theories and ideas which exclude the necessity or implication of the existence of God. This is philosophy driving science. It is the brazen bias that fuels the atheist agenda.

Regarding the intelligent origin of DNA:

‎1: Complex, instructional information content can only be originally produced by an intelligent agent. 2: DNA is composed of complex, instructional information content. Conclusion: DNA was originally produced by an intelligent agent.

Are science and faith incompatible?

Obviously this is not the case. If God created the universe, then science, and everything that makes science possible, comes from God…

I don’t know what I am looking for in starting this thread. I am really the only person engaging him and I would like to see some people more knowledgable and skilled than me reason with him. I am a rather new atheist and I don’t have a ton of experience debating with theists who are as vocal as he is.
