I was 260lbs in the early part of the year, on the Eat to Live diet plan I am down to 225lbs with a goal of 180lbs.

That’s great!

Woohoo! Wishing you continued success.

Congratulations, good going!

Besides the diet, if not already in the program, I hope you will begin some steady exercise, even if it is only walking each day. Slow and steady is the way to go, but if you walk a little further each day, you may be surprised at how far or long you can go.

Good luck, I know you can meet your goal.

Was it really necessary to list your penis measurements? Or was that to see if anyone actually read over your measurements or something else altogether or what? :dubious:

 I confess, I didn’t read anything other than his weight.

So which is it? Two inches or 6.25?

I haven’t heard of the Eat to Live thing, but I’ve been on a diet of my own design for the past month and a half. From 232 down to 210. 180’s my goal, too.

He’s a grower, not a shower.

Correct 2" flaccid, 6.25" erect.

When I weighed 260lbs it was only 5.5" erect, so if I hit my goal of 180lbs it may be in the area of 7.25" then…which would be nice, then I would not need a BMW!

:smack:

Of course.

I’m 6’4, 188lbs. Was about 210lbs this spring. I upped my exercise intensity and dropped 10lbs over a few weeks, and then I quit eating bread and drinking soda and dropped another 12lbs in about a week and a half. Some of what I lost was probably muscle because I’ve been lifting weights a little less and swimming a little more, but some of it was around the waist/hips because all my shorts and pants are falling off of me. I have no idea what any of my other measurements are.

I laffed.

Losing body fat definitely does increase the apparent size of the ol’ pride and glory. They should put that on the fitness posters. Especially in high school.

There’s nought in the gym that’ll help you there, mate!

But really, good work on the weight loss and keep going!

You’re moving in the right direction! Good job!

So basically outside of a gut you’re fine
