As Mangetout says make sure those funds have completely cleared through however he pays you back! If it is going to actually take a week for all the red tape to clear, then DO NOT send the laptop back until that is done! Good luck. I’d bust his chops hard for fraud if he doesn’t make good. Even if he does, I’d still report the circumstances to the Ebay fraud department so he can’t do that to another.
