I bought a new phone. AKA world-dominating computer.

I recently bought the HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T. 4" LCD screen. Super fast processor. Yadda Yadda. On the surface it’s all types of shiny, slick, and newfangled. I’m coming from a Blackberry Bold 9700 which had a dying keyboard/trackpad.

So I"m not trying to advertise or anything, just looking for opinions on this device, if anyone’s got one. I’ve got 30 days of buyer’s remorse grace period during which I can return it for a mild restocking fee.

Anyone have input on this device? Like it? Hate it?

I got it for super cheap because of a previously unclaimed discount I had on my account…and signed the two years of my life away, and got a 5 or $600 device for like $50. So it can’t be all bad.

Except that two hours of internet browsing, game playing, and the like, ate 1/3 of my battery. You’d think that if the phone was made for that sort of thing they’d have given it an UBER battery. I’m spoiled because I was never able to deplete the battery on my Blackberry. Ever. Even using google maps for navigation during a three hour car ride. While listening to music on Pandora. With no car charger. And stuff. I’ll probably miss that.

Just got the same and it worked in the mountains while my iPad didn’t at all. Otherwise, better pics than my iPhone, it’s constantly beeping and buzzing, gotta play with the settings, battery drains without app killer. I miss my iPhone. I might learn to love this one.

yeah it’s tough to beat an 8mp camera. I haven’t had it long enough to take advantage, but considering I was fine with the 2mp my BBerry gave me I’m sure I’ll be happy
