I can't find the most well known version of Bob Dylan's cover of 'Knockin on heavens door'

Well that raises another mystery. Who is singing it on the cut I linked to? I can’t seem to find any information on “Post Productions Perform A Tribute to Bob Dylan,” which appears to be on the album cover. It sounds like it’s not just a cover, but an attempt to mimic the original almost exactly.

Pretty sure that’s what it is. There used to be tons of those records when I was a kid, LPs of unknowns trying to duplicate hit songs. They usually showed up in the 3/$1.00 bin back then.
