Is there anyway i can prove to them that i am Jarrod Lorch so they can reset my password or something?
write to them with your predicament. give them the address you typed in while signing up, your post code, birth date etc. the general procedure for webmail services in a case like yours is to compare the info you give them with the info you originally signed up with. then ofcourse, it is up to their discretion to release the password to you. but if you remember what info you signed up with there’s a decent chance that they will release the password to you.
also mention the folders you might have made, addresses in your contact list, and the mails that you last received. that would offer strong evidence to support your case.
