I still can’t come up with a single word that describes the easily grasped concept of the OP: attraction both demanding of and limited to beauty and wealth.
(But if its adherent is also eligible to be a cast-member on “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” how about another word I conisdered but found no precedent in Google: "Culo-fornian?")

Materialism could also cover the looks part as well. Dangit, I almost had a different word. It means focused on earthly things, things you can grasp with your hands, I think it’s a synonym for materialistic.
Thanks folks. I awoke with still no idea what I am looking for (as in word) but the responses were far cleverer than I thought of- materialistic is good and Cluriacan was certainly innovative.
