You’re probably too young to remember Bob Newhart.
It is merely a commentary that I post whenever (A) a non-debate topic is posted in Great Debates or (B) a debate topic (or one that has thus evolved) is posted elsewhere.
I love Bob Newhart, but I don’t remember the line.
It could be useful a lot though.
Sounds mild-mannered but still could sting.

It was the show where he was an innkeeper. It was the voice that always came from somewhere in the hall at the town meetings. The voice was never associated with anyone in particular. They would be having a meeting, and at odd times (usually after the debate was settled), you’d hear “I disagree!” It always made Newhart blink.
It’s an OK gimmic. You got start somewhere.
Look at Steve Martin. He had the lame arrow-through-the-head prop that seemed dumb until he became rich and famous.
May “I Disagree” is going to be your big break, and we’re watching a star being born!

Gimmicks are nice and everything, but maybe if you want to post meaningless one liners, you should do it in MPSIMS and stop wasting bandwidth and screwing up continuity on other forums.
