“Right” on what “point”? All he does in that passage is pose rhetorical questions. For the rest, we’ve been over this before. There is no equivalency between the Minutemen and, say, the Dalai Lama wanting to limit Han immigration to Tibet. And Israel is always sui generis in this kind of discussion.

If you see “made in the u.sa” check to see if it was made in the big business prison labor camps. They make pennies on the dollar. We have more people in prison than any other country in history for this reason.

The DLC, which is definitely biz-friendly, says of 2.3 million Americans in jail, 100,000 work in prison industries and their output is $2.4 billion annually. Haven’t seen any stats measuring the effect on that on the job market.

If in ethnic/racial terms, no such “group” is inherently more “fertile” than any other.
And no “group” “gains power” by getting into the melting pot.
I find that very hard to believe.
And lest we forget: Racial penetration, or whatever you call it, worked the other way too. Throughout European history, Jews were under immense social pressure at all times to convert to Christianity, and in every generation some yielded to the pressure, and their grandchildren forgot they had ever been Jewish and married into the gentile population. None of us who think of ourselves as white gentiles can be sure of having no Jewish ancestors.
Applies in the Islamic world, too. Pressure on Jews to convert to the majority’s religion was significantly less there, but it was always present. In the first couple of centuries of Islam, infidels under Islamic rule had to pay a head-tax from which Muslims were exempt, and many yielded to that pressure.
I don’t know if groups are inherently more fertile than others, but cultural differences are sufficient. That seems to be the concern that Mark Steyn identifies with muslim women having considerably higher birth rates than non-muslims in europe.

It’s staggering to consider the amount of mixing that has happened in Europe over the centuries, even discounting the mixing that happened in the US and other countries settled by white people. I can even claim ancestry from two European peoples that are historical enemies.
The mixing of the Germanic and Celtic peoples is clearly indicated in history. The Vikings were renouned for red hair, and spread this to Ireland, where it survives in great abundance today. Vikings ruled portions of Britain and made immense contributions, probably resulting in your average white English person not much further in ancestry from Eric the Red as your average person from Oslo.
The historical record seems to indicate that the French are a mixture of the Celtic Gauls (that Julius Caesar came, saw, and conquered), any Romans that stuck around, and the Germanic Franks who came and took over the place, but chose to abandon their Germanic language for the local dialect.
Your average white person with primary ancestry from Britain probably has Germanic (Anglo-Saxon or Viking/Norse) and Celtic (Welsh, Gaelic, or one of the other related Celtic peoples) ancestry.
