I dunno what's saddest... (AR school board member and really anti-gay commentary)

Sadly, that’s not unique.

Yeah, I read his rants and thought “stupid high school kid”.

Unfortunately, in many school districts being provocatively stupid and obnoxious is what gets you long-term board tenure.

And his shit’s all retarded.

Hmm. Maybe Mr. McCance can make things all better for himself by getting his son to confess to going on Dad’s fb account and posting those things. Then he can disown his son.

“God made idiots for practice. Then He created school boards.”
Mark Twain

Time before Clint McCance is outed? Or is he not famous enough…

And he has now guaranteed himself a 27% base in the next election from the crazy bigot faction.

Or that a member of the school board would be innocent regarding the proper use of punctuation, capitalization and the distinction between “there” and “their”.

“Thereselves”? Really?

Not famous enough. The odds on his kid or dad being gay, however, just skyrocketed.

Well sure. If he runs them off, they’re over there.

In all fairness, it’s not this guy’s fault that gay people created the AIDS, and that gay sex is really super gross. Well, with guys. It’s okay with chicks.

On the Internet, nobody knows you’re not a 12-year-old chatroom twit.

According to The Advocate:

Leaper and Paul from Qatar both started threads on this topic, so I’ve merged them together.

Yep, this guy is most definitely a self-hating gay who’s stuck in the closet. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he was caught hanging with the boys.

Unfortunately, in Arkansas stupidity is not a felony.

“Okay” doesn’t even begin to give it enough credit!

He is on Anderson Cooper right now and making a groveling apology. Not a “if I offended anyone” non-apology, but the real deal. He seems genuinely sorry and he will resign. He has done all he can do and seems to have learned a lesson.

That’s a start.

I actually feel a bit sorry for the poor bigoted jerk. A bit. But what he did was inexcusable, and he was right to resign.
