Sometimes I eat no breakfast, am antsy (as well as hungry) until 2:30, then chow down with Mexican*, and have only a bit for dinner. Somtimes I eat almost nothing all day and then have a large meal. Seems to work. I can neither gain no lose weight.
*I have Mexican once or sometimes twice a week. It’s for health, actually. I’ve found that real salsa and guacamole is the best all-natural “regularity” insurance you can buy. Since I am prone to large “movements”, this is a very nice bit of help.
