OP: There are so many files. Of course there are going to be so many names that have nothing to do with his crimes. I hope you aren’t too stressed about it.
Really disgusting. It will be interesting to see what else gets unearthed from these files. Not that I love to see accomplished and intelligent individuals revealed for the creeps they are. It especially sucks when you admire someone and find out they are not that great. I suspect there will be a lot of that in the days to come.
It’s like the stories saying Joe Rogan is in the files. It would be a nice salacious headline if there was anything behind it. Epstein wanted someone who had been a guest on the show to arrange a meeting. No meeting ever happened which is clear in the emails. But Joe Rogan’s name is in the files because he was mentioned in emails.
Yeah, this is a big problem. One of the businessmen whose name was read aloud by Ro Khanna in congress was in the files because the Southern District of New York used his photo randomly in a lineup along with photos of actual suspects, and that photo (with his name) ended up in the files.
Not to be too dramatic, but it sounds like that could easily have been your name that was read aloud. And if not by a congressman, then maybe by one of the viral influencers who are “investigating” the files on stream.
Wait till you see the pictures of Chomsky and Steve Bannon partying it up at Epstein’s, arms over one another’s shoulders

… well, now you got me curious. And so far so good on searches about myself in the public release. Two people with partial name match in the search but obviously different when you pull the full reference.
But yeah, now we have to care about just being on the contacts list of anyone who may have had business with someone who may have had business with Epstein. SMH.
I would bet that there are people listed in there somewhere who were historical figures of some sort.
That might be a way to discredit people who do show up legitimately… “This list is BS; Ben Franklin is on it!”

Well, I’ll be damned. I’m in there too. One of the documents is a 200-page list of third-party software used in MacOS, and since I wrote a tool that’s bundled in MacOS, it lists that tool and my name.
Why such a list of software is in the Epstein files, I don’t know.

My last name is pretty popular in parts of Europe, so I was surprised to see it only appear once on the list, and not referring to a person at all, but a product named after a place.
