I was at work this evening, when my friend sent me an SMS on the mobile phone daring me to work out some code. Normally I can’t be bothered playing these games of his but this time he offered to buy me a 6 pack of whatever beer I choose.
I humbly request that the enormous intellect housed on this message board could see their way to helping me into a 6 pack (cause I’ve got NFI, quite frankly).
The mystery code:
un ad mr nov un ad
thank you.
Even though it looks like the code is screwed up (in the sense that all letters don’t conform to it) I would be inclined to say:
To be or not to be.
Well, Mullinator is right, but not for the Sunday paper Cryptogram theory. I believe that the code simply corresponds to the letters on the numbers on the phone.
Simply put, that code is:
un ad mr nov un ad
86 23 67 668 86 23
to be or not to be
Please, make it an import. Domestics suck.
I cannot believe I didn’t think of that… I tried everything that this little codebook my brother has (Codes for Kids or something) and I couldn’t get it. All I had to do was turn on the automatic dictionary on my phone and hit it in.
Knowing this bastard he’ll do a backflip and claim it was something else.
The beer I chose was Cascade Premium - Best beer in Australia (and therefore the world). I’ll enjoy that. Thanks Mullinator and Mr. Cyncal. I owe you guys.
Just doing what I can to help out the little people.
