Congratulations! You’ll never go back. My modem died last night. It was terrible. I’ve considered having a land line option as a back-up, but I wouldn’t be able to stand it. Fortunately, I was able swap it for a new one at the cable company’s customer service office, so by late this afternoon, I was back in business.

I get 2.2 - 2.7 mbits download consistently with my cable modem. How fast are you? (Probably best to test several times in non-peak hours.)
