I graduated!

I didn’t forget you. Thanks for your posts. I have been really busy this weekend, and I actually went out to eat twice in two days (if this keeps up, I may have to give up my brown recluse status). The first Central Minnesota Dope Fest is over, and Bob and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Now I am starting to get nervous. But it should be exciting to see what kinds of jobs I will get hired for from the temp agencies.

When is the next ULVAN meeting?

Yeah, Spidey!!!

I think you should celebrate by coming to Las Vegas and dropping a lot of money on the craps table at the Flamingo Hilton. Not that I’m biased or anything…

Anyhoo, if you’re nervous about the interview, I recommend getting a book called The Interview Kit by Richard H. Beatty. It has a lot of info on how to handle various questions and potentially sticky situations in a job interview. Being able to plan, at least partly, what you’re going to say in advance can take the edge off those interview nerves.

congrats SW!!!

No nerves tho’ - you can handle anything!

I appreciate your input.

I don’t think I’ll be too nervous about this particular interview, because the woman spoke to our class, and was very nice. I do have some more evaluation type tests to take there, and I’m a little nervous about that, and probably have some fear of the unknown. It will all get better as I go through it.
