Is it worth anything or should I just use them for Christmas?
Have you look the prices online to see if they have any value? It’s pretty hard to give any advice based on your very limited description.
Take it to a stamp dealer or check on ebay under ‘completed’. Most stamps from that era are worth face value. I know this because that was the era when I collected stamps as a kid. In fact, I still have some of the plate blocks. There may be a few that are collectible, but they won’t be worth a lot. Plate blocks may be worth a bit more.
