4 hard boiled eggs chopped. Yes you must chop them first.
a dash of vinegar
two dollops of mayo
a sprinkling of sugar
a dash of pepper
salt to taste…
Mix very well but mix gently.
Served toasted…no not on toast…toasted. With a big ol’ garlic dill, plain chips and a big glass of sweetened iced tea.
12 finely chopped HB eggs (you’ll see why I use so many in a sec)
1 c. Mircle Whip (real mayo sucks!)
1/2 c. Mustard
1/2 c. Sweet Pickle Relish
4 Sweet Pickles - chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
I’ll usually make 2-3 egg salad sandwiches and then, if I’m tired of egg salad I can just add a can of tuna and viola, tuna salad!!
