Speaking in general: duplicate screen names are an absolute no-no on these boards. If you think you were treated unfairly, the appropriate response is to email a moderator or administrator, and the group of moderators/admins will review the situation. And can ask for more info in email.
The WRONG way is to start a new screen name. That’s throwing kerosene on the fire.
