Not at all… though if thousands of people start doing this, I might exceed my bandwidth limit (so I’ll have to remove it). This is unlikely, however.
Actually, on reflection, while I don’t mind this course of action too much, a preferable one would be for you to download the smiley and host it yourself - if you can.
That smiley should be allowed in post titles - it would quickly replace “TMI,” and no one would ever have to ask what it meant!
