I have discovered white pudding! mmmm!

So Mrs. Piper and I were over in Ireland recently, and as part of the “full Irish breakfast” that we got at the B&Bs, there was frequently “white pudding” - actually, a thick brown sausage, but called “white pudding” to distinguish it from “black pudding” because the white kind doesn’t have blood in it.

Now, I grew up with black pudding in our family and love it, but I had never heard of white pudding before. Very tasty, with quite a different flavour from the black kind. Had several different brands - the best one was almost a sausage version of haggis.

I wonder if you can get it in Canada - anyone know?
