I just applied to be a minister

I was ordained a few years ago too, and now I’m Reverend Mom of the First Church of Pantheism, Given Street Oaktree.

You may kiss my ring, sir.

From the Universal Life Church website: “THE ULC POWER MONK TRAINING IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR FREE TO NEW STUDENTS AS OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 2002”

Dang.

Btw, I’ve talked to the guy who runs all that on the phone. When I was ordained, I was living in Tucson, so it was a local number

I wouldn’t do it. To me, it feels like disrespect to people who decide that this is their life’s work and who actually go to school, seminary, whatever, and study theology for years in order to be a minister or priest. It probably isn’t meant that way, but it comes off that way to me. Just MHO.

Well I’m fullly willing to perform weddings. I sure wish I’d known an ordained pagan when I got married.
