And yeah, I’m a female. “Pullet” is the word for a young female chicken who isn’t a baby, but hasn’t started laying eggs yet.

ETA: Nothing weird with eating chicken livers. If I hadn’t had pathology classes first, I’d probably like them myself. And, it would have made pathology more delicious.
