I put away a box of Easter Eggs away “in a safe place” just before Easter so I wouldn’t eat them all. They were meant to be for my nieces and nephews (all 10 of 'em). A whole box full of 300 Cadbury Chocolate mini-me Easter Eggs.
Hmmm I see a choc blow out happening tonight.
Mine, Mine, all 300 are MINE!
I did the same thing! And, I found them as I was packing my desk, yesterday. Woohoo!
Those “safe places” will get you every time. About seven years ago, I recall putting my video store membership card in a “safe place.” I never did find it.
Before Christmas I put Trivial Pursuit Star Wars edition, in a “safe place” because the teen knows all the good hiding spots. In April when I told him to look for something else, on the shelf on the cart we use as an end table (it has a little drape over it) in the guest room, guess what he found?
Yup. The poor boy didn’t his “surprise” christmas gift until April.
Oh and good luck with the chocolate binge, leechbabe.
Yeah, you think you hid those. The truth is, they were dropped by…
The Cadbury Angel!
Ambrosia makes the best fertilizer.
And to cap it all off…it’s Leechbabe’s BIRTHDAY today. Mind you, I am somewhat dubious that she accidently ‘found’ those chockie eggs. How in the hell can you forget such a monstrous amount of chocolate in the house? Hmmmmmmm. I reckon she stashed them so she could have a festive gorge on her Special Day. It’s a Choculist Plot, I tell ya.
Yes Leechy, I AM stalking you around the boards today…but I’ll go away if you give me just one or two caramello eggs.
I am easily pleased.
Sorry Kam but we are all egged out
Sure there are more stashed away in the dungeon at work though as we only used about half of the 10,000 eggs we got for the caravan show (which is why I scored a box of 300).
At any rate I’ve got a SIL who works for Mars so I might be able to get something from her.
