Here´s a trick, get a sinker, tie it to a fishing line, throw it up the branches, look out for the plummeting sinker!! now you should have one or more branches in the fishing line, yank at will ´till:
A) the balloons explode and the phone falls.
B)You break the branches and the whole contraption floats down… oh yes, watch out for falling branches too!.
C) you get bored and leave it like that.

BiblioCat, yeah, I never took a good picture of the “package”. It was a Ziploc bag, the big one with a slider. Inside was the phone and a small piece of paper that simply read: “http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=239790”
