Was there any actual land associated with this house? Or was it a mobile home on a pad rental?
Because I’ve got a used sea kayak that I think I could get almost this much for…
If you’re happy to be out from under the debt, I’m happy for that, but it would be hard to lose your home. It seems you’ve been in hospitals and rehabs so much the last couple years I suppose it’s hard to know you have no place that’s yours.
