I liked that movie as well. A good friend who recently passed played the cook in the roadhouse. Swayze used to always get him bit parts in his movies. Great bar fights.
Nobody has mentioned the best part of the movie yet? Sam Elliott!
Of course, he’s the best part of pretty much *any *movie he’s in.
There’s also this gem where the Doc asks Dalton what he studied at NYU.
“Doc, I’ll get all the sleep I need when I’m dead. Thanks for the dance.”
He was awesome.
OMG I totally have this movie on DVD. I remember a ‘hen night’ (not an actual pre marriage hen night, just a gang of us gals) going to the cinema to see this on the strength that we’d get to see Swayze’s bare arse. We loved it. The bare arse was the cherry on the top

Just watched the movie for the first time last night… LOVED IT. 
Loved absolutely everything about it.
Except, of course, for the fact that they played the same song during the sex scene as the sex scene in Dirty Dancing… I thought that was a little tacky.
